What programe do I have to use to operate the Coomatec DVRCam records please

The button is menu button for pending and switching into webcam on PC.

If you just record, just leave it.

Hi there,

I just bought DVRCam W/R and need your help to know what programme do I have to use to operate what the cam records please? Also, could you tell me how long (distance) the cam can be triggered from in both day and night please.

The final point is I dont knoe what is the small tiny bottoum which is placed directly above the TF card, and do I have to press that or just leave it as it is?

Many false TF card can not work with Coomatec DVRCam

There are many false TF card marked as 32GB card but only 4, 8 or 16 GB. Eevery Coomatec users note to buy them.

There are many false TF card marked as 32GB card but only 4, 8 or 16 GB.

Even you format it, and you can't distinguish it without professional software.

And we have received some complaints about this problem, and also we have baught this TF card to test. 

You can try to write 32GB films or mp3 on your TF card to test whether all can be played.

Since our last email I have replaced the 64gb card with a 32gb format to FAT32.
When I remove the card and insert it into my laptop some files are readable and play but some do not.
Out of a 114 files (10.1GB) 25 don’t play and these are the most recent files.
I have tried using a range of video players.


Why is this and what is the fix?
